THE EXV APPROACH
The ExV Agency focused on an out-of-the-box event that gathered senior and junior event professionals from New York City on the same stage. We took a creative approach to build an iconic, unforgettable event that sold out the historic, Webster Hall. Heartfelt conversations, actionable insights, innovative media and visibility strategies with true network connectivity made the Women Building Women event one of the most talked about events in NYC.
OUTCOMES
The outpouring of support and gratitude we received after the event was overwhelming. So many women in the industry were eager for us to continue our programming with more events (which we did - digitally - after Covid-19 shut down venues across the world). What we achieved was breaking a mindset that only senior executives have professional advice to share. We created a collaborative space that connected venues, professionals from various backgrounds and experience levels and highlighted them through uplifting, educational content. A portion of proceeds from our event benefited the YAI - an organization serving people with Intellectual and developmental disabilities in the United States.
